Bigger, Better Reporting on Investment and Loans Management (ILM)

Create invoice driven loans where the payment schedule matches the amortization schedule at all times or a payment driven loan where the interest is calculated on a daily basis.

And now....easily report on this functionality too!

The payment schedule report displays the amortization schedule, targeted payment dates, actual payments, principal amounts and interest owing. As the payments are made, the report displays the payments, payment numbers, the document (for drilling down to the invoice) and if the loan is recalculated the report indicates the date and amount of last payment.

You can also run portfolio or loan reports by an individual customer or by a portfolio of loans to see the outstanding balance, broken into principal, interest and the amount that has already been paid as well as any applicable charges.
