As a Senior ERP Functional Consultant with Turnkey Technologies, Inc., Bill Schulz spends much of his time helping clients adopt and optimize Dynamics GP. In many cases, such as when a client wants to achieve a smoother, more efficient monthly accounting process, Bill helps them integrate GP add-ons from vendors like Binary Stream into their ERP solution. Recently, Bill worked with a client to implement Dynamics GP and integrate it with Binary Stream’s Advanced Recurring Contract Billing (ARCB).
“The client had outgrown their previous ERP solution and wanted something with more robust functionality,” says Bill. “They also wanted to move their contract billing out of spreadsheets, which the accounting department found time-consuming and inconvenient since they have to handle thousands of transactions each month. That’s where Binary Stream came in.”
In addition to the above requirements, the client wanted Dynamics GP and Binary Stream ARCB in place within 30 days. Pulling off such a large implementation in a short amount of time presented a challenge, and support from Binary Stream was essential to make the process smooth and manageable. Thanks to collaboration between Binary Stream and Turnkey, Bill was able to complete the project by the client’s deadline.
“After we completed the implementation, the client was very happy with being able to take advantage of Dynamic GP’s functionalities and convenient invoicing utilizing Binary Stream ARCB,” Bill says.
