• Automatically extract and validate critical billing and contract data (like terms, payment schedules, and renewal dates).
• Trigger alerts and reminders for upcoming milestones.
• Create draft billing schedules automatically.
• Process contract renewal responses with zero manual input.
• Reduce administrative burden and help teams stay proactive, not reactive.

This AI agent is part of a broader initiative by Microsoft to bring Copilot extensibility to its partner ecosystem, enabling companies like Binary Stream to innovate securely and at scale within the Microsoft Cloud.
